• the receipt is valid for the same period in the city centre

THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS TO BUY A PARKING TICKET:

• PARGI.EE APP
• PARKING MACHINE – the 2 nearest parking machines are located approx. 200m away, at Ranna pst 1a or at Kuuse 1.
• SMS PARKING – parking fee calculation is per minute. NB! SMS parking is only possible if you have a contract with an Estonian mobile operator!
• To start parking, send a message to 1902
• Write in the message: 123ABC PRAND30
• When finished, call 1903

If parking is uninterrupted, the 24-hour parking fee will be charged from the time you have completed five hours.
