2.2. When purchasing the gift card, the buyer completes the order form and pays the selected amount using the electronic payment system of the chosen bank;
2.3. The buyer will be notified about the purchased gift card via the email address provided on the order form;
3. Entry into Force of the Terms
3.1. The agreement becomes effective at the moment the buyer clicks the “I AGREE TO THE TERMS” button.
4. Delivery of the Gift Card
4.1. The gift card will be sent in electronic form (.pdf) to the email address provided on the buyer’s order form within 1 (one) business day;
5. Use and Validity of the Gift Card
5.1. The validity period of the gift card is unlimited.
5.2. With regard to the service provision date indicated on the gift card, the gift card holder must contact the phone number and email address stated on the gift card, provide the gift card number, book the service, and appear at the designated place at the agreed time;
5.3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. No refund will be given for an unused gift card.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. Payment for the gift card can be made through the bank link (e-bank) of banks;
6.2. After filling out the gift card order form, click on the link of the chosen bank, which will direct you to the selected online bank along with the payment information provided by legend.ee The information exchanged between the bank and the legend.ee environment is secured with digital signatures. The hotel will not have access to your bank account information, only whether the payment was made or not.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. The personal data provided when placing an order and making a purchase in the online environment are confidential and will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Act. The hotel will not disclose the client’s personal data to third parties without the client’s consent.
8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
8.1. The Buyer has the right to: 8.1.1. demand timely and appropriate provision of the ordered services, except for the cases provided for in this Agreement.
8.2. The Buyer undertakes to: 8.2.1. provide all information required by the intermediary when ordering services.
9. Procedure for Filing Complaints
9.1. If you have any complaints regarding the purchase or use of a gift card, please send your complaint in writing to info@legend.ee.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Disputes arising from the ordering and purchase of services through the intermediary of the client and the hotel shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the client has the right to seek protection of their rights from the Consumer Protection Board. In resolving disputes and issues not covered by these terms, the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia shall apply.
